a taste from the Mediterranean

Brie!

As I’m moving in a few days (short-term) to the U. S. I decided to write in English*. Not only helps me to drop the language but also to have a different audience reading OWO.

I like posting about food, so I decided to share a bit of Mediterranean cuisine: bread, cheese, olive oil and especially wine. A few days ago my husband and I enjoyed a Sunday afternoon eating different varieties of cheese,  he taught me to taste them.

The ideal is to have a selection of cured cheeses, you have to cut a piece and chew it while drinking a sip of wine, is simply heaven. After the bite, a slice of bread with olive oil to remove the taste of cheese and then continue with another variety of the table. Highly recommended, have you tasted it?

Hope that while I’m in the U.S. can enjoy these little delicacies. Do you know what kind of delicacies can I taste?
